Celebrate the white shirt suit!
All Frau Kasarova’s fans will be familiar with this lovely photo taken of our favourite mezzo relaxing in the rhythm section of the orchestra at the 2010 Day of Song. On the weekend of 4th and 5th June, the message of the DAY OF SONG was heard everywhere: Everyone is a singer, everyone can join in. Two songs were sung consecutively just after 12 noon. The Steiger old song “Good luck” and the anthem of the new cultural center, “Come to the Ruhr” by Herbert Grönemeyer.
The sound of singing spread to the most unexpected places. With !SING CITY, for instance, a singing convoy of ships steamed down the Rhein-Herne-Kanal, and with !SING TWINS guests from sister cities across Europe joined German choirs in Welcome concerts. Festivities climaxed on the evening of June 5th 2010 with !SING EUROPE, an extraordinary concert in the VELTINS Football Stadium in Gelsenkirchen, featuring Bobby McFerrin, Vesselina Kasarova, The Wise Guys and The Bochumer Symphoniker and conductor Steven Sloane joining over 60,000 singers in an ambitious programme ranging from folk songs to the fourth movement of Beethoven’s 9th Symphony.

This is rather unusual for Carmen… no intimacy! but she is smashing! great looks in white!
How’s life ? better I hope!
I guess intimacy with 60,000 is difficult!
Really do not like enforced rest! but thank you for asking.
I tried to leave a comment on your blog yesterday but Blogger did not let me – the same with Smorgy’s site. Perhaps there is a glitch. I will try again later.
Oh! sorry! I’ll write through e-mail. You’re right!
On Smorgy’s blog there is an option to leave a comment as Anonymous – that might help if you could enable that. Everythings seems ok with WordPress though
